Account and registration

Go to the login page and click "Forgot password?". Enter the email address registered to your asen account. We will send a password-reset link to that email within two minutes. Click the link, enter your new password (minimum 8 characters, with uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and a symbol), and confirm it. Once reset, log in with your new password. If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam folder or contact support at [email protected] to verify your email address is correct in our system.

During registration, you provide a username, email address, password, mobile phone number, full name, date of birth, and national ID number. After registration, we verify your identity using the national ID number you supply. This KYC (Know Your Customer) process is required by law and typically completes within one to four hours. Keep your national ID handy during registration so the verification is fast. If verification is delayed, you can still log in and browse asen, but deposits and withdrawals are blocked until KYC is complete.

You cannot delete your account data while your account is active, because we must retain transaction records and account balance history for regulatory compliance. After you close your account, you may request deletion of non-essential personal information (such as your phone number or address). Send a written request to [email protected] from the email address registered to your account, include your username and national ID for verification, and we will process your request within ten business days. We will retain your transaction history and identity-verification documents for seven years from account closure per legal requirements.

Payments and transactions

Yes. asen accepts bank transfers from online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, and local payment. To deposit via bank transfer, log into asen, select "Deposit", choose "Bank Transfer", select your bank, and follow the instructions to transfer funds to our asen account. The transfer typically completes within one to two hours during business hours, but may take until the next business day if transferred after 5 PM or on a weekend. Do not send bank transfers outside these hours—they will be processed the next morning. Always include your asen username in the transfer reference so we can match the deposit to your account immediately.

If a deposit via online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment fails, your money is returned to your e-wallet within 24 hours and you can retry. If a bank transfer does not arrive within two business days, check your bank statement to confirm the transfer was sent, then email [email protected] with your transfer details (date, amount, reference number). We will investigate and reconcile your account. If a withdrawal fails, we will return the funds to your asen account immediately so you can retry with a different payment method. Do not attempt the same transaction twice in quick succession—wait one hour before retrying.

Include a clear description of your problem—for example, "Deposit via online payment did not credit to my account" or "Unable to log in after password reset"—and any relevant dates or transaction IDs. We respond to all support emails within one business day, often within a few hours. During peak periods such as Liga 1 finals or Idul Fitri, responses may take up to two business days.

Game rules and features

Free spins appear as a credit on eligible slot games and are usually available for 7 to 30 days after you receive them. To use a free bet, select the eligible market, enter your stake, and the free-bet balance is used first. Any winnings from free bets or spins are added to your cash balance and can be withdrawn once you meet the playthrough requirements set out in the promotion terms. Security and account care

Log into asen, go to Account Settings, select Security, and click "Enable two-factor authentication". You will be asked to provide your mobile phone number (the one you registered with) and to download an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator or Authy) or to receive SMS codes. Scan the QR code in asen with your authenticator app or confirm SMS delivery to your phone. Once enabled, every time you log in or initiate a withdrawal, you will be asked to enter the six-digit code from your authenticator or SMS. Keep your phone and authenticator app secure.
